Registration to the Brilliant Student of the Nation Award by paying the requisite fees and filling the information correctly and allotment of any code or password which eligible the student or participant in the competition exam as per the process of the event and programme is sufficient discharge of the consideration to thepayment made for the event or the compeitition. PIN or the Password once given is not to be cancelled nor the money can be refunded if the PIN is remains unutilised by the user. Pin or the Password to appear in the competitive exam is not transferrable in any circumstances. Pin or the password given to the student or thepartiipant is solevly for the purpose of the person to which intended to be issued and company or the BSN Team do not entertain any claim for the identity or unidentification of the original receipnt the requisite password or PIN to the participnats intself. It is presumed that the person who is using the password or PIN for the admission has the competant person to use it and obtaine it from ours for a valid consideration which includes both, by payment of requisite admission amount and the submission of the information correctly by the user.

In case the result of the students are the same for the eligibility from the online to physica in the last stage the company or the organiser or the Award TEam may decide whenever necessary by lot or draw to decide one or more candidate/participants or the students as the case may be necesaary
