Rules and Regulatoions.

• Entry to the Competition :- Entry to the competition for student is through their Schools only. Student has to collect the form from the school or print it from the website and fill it properly and submit to the school alongwith fee deposit proof.

• School will Receive the admission form from the student and verify the details and submit the form online after satisfaction of the Fees Receipt proof submitted by the student.

• On Registration of the student by the school all the procedure for the student shall be sent to his/her email id and on Registered Mobile Number of the student for future important dates and update informations.

• When School enter the Data of the student a PIN shall be submitted by the School Authorised Representative. Pin shall be of 10 Alphanumeric Number which shall be sent to student through SMS and Mail. This PIN shall be used by the student for entering online Exam.

• Amount paid by the student is not refundable in any circumstances.

• Any Entry made by the school by mistake for any student in which fees is not deposited will be cancelled after 10 days from the system automatically.

• PIN will be activated by the system on reconcialltion of the fees receipt into bank account by the Accounts Department.

• Student can pay fee through Debit/Credit Card Net banking or any other method provided by CC Avenue Payment Gateway and submit the proof of payment to the School for claiming their PIN to be used for the Exam.

• Student paying fees in cash or cheque or any other form other than the CC Avenue payment Gateway, the proof should be deposited to the School for generating the PIN.

• School will submit the payment detail in the form. 1. in case of CC Avenue payment gateway order ID generated by the System after the payment. 2. In case of direct deposit of cash, DD and cheque deposits, the detail of the payment mentioning Bank Name, Branch and the Amount of deposit.

• There is no separate registration for Level 2,3 and Final Stage, hence no fees is payabe at later stage.

• Passing Rules : Results of Online Exam shall be declared on submitting the test for Level 1, 2 and 3 respectively and will be quaify for Final Exam in the same process.

• There will be 50 Questions having multi-choice objective type questions with one correct and three incorect answer. Student has to select one answer of his choice and will be matched with the right answer. If answer selected by the student matches 1mark will be give otherwise 0 Marks shall be given to the student which means no negative markings.

• Time allowed will be 2 hours for each level.

• Student can appear in the Exam by entering 10 digit PIN from anywhere where internet facility is availaible. 

• After entering the verified data of the student, school has no legal rights or liability in respect to the Student or the Event. 

• Authorised Representative of the school will be co-ordinating and will report any discrepancies in the fees receipt and PIN not generated or any other similiar problems.

• Student who is studying in Class for the session 2012-13 will be admitted to the same class for the 4th Brilliant student of the Nation Award 2014.
